In order to exclude an IP Address or a range of IP Addresses from the SmarterStats logs do the following:

 

1)     Login as the System Admin, go to Manage and Manage Sites

2)     Find the site you want to modify then, Click Action

a.     Click Import Settings

b.     Click Next, Make sure that the Time Zone is set correctly

c.     Click Next, Click Add Exclusion or Inclusion

d.     Click the down arrow on the drop down list box to see all rule

                                          i.    To exclude a single IP Address choose the “Exclude an IP Address” and then Add the IP Address in the IP Address field and click Save

                                         ii.    To Exclude a range of IP Addresses, choose the “Exclude a Range IP Addresses” and then enter the To: and From: IP Addresses and then click Save.

1.     Click Next, Click Re-Process Statistics:  Note that the current stats files will be overwritten.

2.     Click Next and then Save
