I recently tracked of an outside event at the Penn Township park who's website I redesigned this year. The weather for this event was not looking good for the Saturday it was scheduled for. I checked the website that morning and sure enough they logged in and updated the status without the need of a website designer.
This is one of the biggest benefits both short term and long term. With the new website they are able to update everything on their own and saving the taxpayers in that area money every year!
It is very rewarding to see the technology in action.
